At Relay Rentals, we send DVDs out every Monday - Wednesday, ensuring
that you get your movies on a regular basis and for the weekend.
We don't wait for you to return one before we send another one out.
All we ask is that you return the DVDs in a timely fashion so we
can keep the relay of DVDs coming and going for you and other members.
With us, you know exactly what you're getting and how much you're
paying for each DVD.

with our following two packages:
2 DVDs sent every week for $22/month. That's $2.75/DVD
3 DVDs sent every week for $33/month. That's $2.75/DVD
For the other 10%, we can create a package
that best suits your needs and budget.
Most, if not all other online rental companies send the bonus disc
with special features as a separate rental (which adds to their
total number of titles as well). Relay Rentals includes the bonus
disc with the main feature as one title and are shipped together.
One of the main reasons the DVD format has grown so much is because
of the special features moviegoers can access on a DVD that wasn't
available on a video tape. Why should this disc be a separate
rental?
Most, if not all other rental companies sell their used DVDs.
We could do the same, but we prefer to give them to our members
as a thank you and a sign of appreciation for their
business. At random times throughout the year, we will offer free
DVDs to our loyal members. Every member is guaranteed at least
2 free DVDs every year.
Taking time off and want to be a couch potato for a week - let us
know and we can arrange to have extra DVDs sent to you for
the week, or whenever you like. Going on holidays and want to suspend
your account until you get back - no problem, we have a one click
suspension for all accounts.
No company should say this if they can't back it up. We go that
extra mile to provide the best service possible. Renting DVDs online
is a relatively simple process. You add DVDs to your list and we
send them to you. Having Three years experience has enabled us to
perform this process smoothly. Our goal is to do our job so well
that there is no need to communicate with you about problems. However,
when there is a need to communicate with us, we intend to resolve
every issue in a timely fashion and keep you satisfied.
First of all, we obviously can't guarantee this 100%, but here is
how we manage our DVD inventory to ensure you will rarely receive
a damaged disc. We inform all our members of the vulnerabilities
that DVDs have which require particular care in their handling,
storage and cleaning. All discs are shipped with protective sleeves.
If a member informs us that a disc is damaged, it will be fixed
or replaced when returned. Any member who routinely returns discs
dirty and/or without the protective sleeves will have their membership
revoked after a few warnings. Having a DVD skip half way through
a movie is not a pleasant experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may cancel
your membership and receive the money back on the un-used portion
of your subscription.
