Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site. By using, visiting, or browsing the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions
Relay Rentals Inc. reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms & Conditions in our sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms & Conditions" hyperlink located at the bottom of the pages of the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will supercede all previous versions posted. Your use of the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes. It is the Users responsibility to visit this page from time to time for updates and/or changes.

Privacy
Any information submitted on the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Billing
As a subscriber to Relay Rentals, you agree that we are permitted to charge your credit card for the package subscription you sign up for, plus applicable tax, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of Relay Rentals.  The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription.   Your subscription will automatically be renewed at your current package at the end of the current subscription period unless you cancel.   We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email. If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your credit card information by clicking on the "My Account" button, available on all of the pages of the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your membership at anytime and receive a refund for the un-used portion of your subscription once all DVDs are returned to Relay Rentals. 

Pre-Paid Billing

Pre-Paid packages are for 3, 6, or 12 months. At the end of a member’s pre-paid term, their membership will automatically be renewed with their current subscription service. Members have the option of selecting another pre-paid term at any time.

Taxes
All continuing members of Relay Rentals are responsible for paying the applicable tax(es) based on the package of their choice.

Automatic Renewals
Your Relay Rentals subscription will be automatically renewed at your current package.  For your convenience, we will charge the subscription fee to the credit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information). Your membership will automatically renew without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it.  You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees to your credit card. All outstanding DVD's must be returned to Relay Rentals within seven (7) days from your cancellation date. Failure to return such rentals will result in your credit card being billed for each outstanding DVD at the suggested retail cost plus any applicable tax(es).

As noted above, you may cancel your subscription to Relay Rentals at anytime. To cancel your membership, click on "My Account" and select “change package at the bottom..  We do provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.  Upon cancellation, you will be given seven (7) days to return any outstanding rentals. Failure to return such rentals will result in your credit card being billed for each outstanding DVD at the suggested retail cost plus any applicable tax(es).

Account Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member I.D. (Email Address) and password and for restricting access to your computer. Members are responsible for maintaining their account information up-to-date (address changes, credit card validity etc.) Failure to report changes of address (for mailing purposes), may result in discs going astray and additional charges to the member. To make any changes to your personal account information it is required that members log in and make any necessary changes under the "My Account" link.

DVD Handing & Care of Movie Discs
Relay Rentals asks that all members handle DVD discs with care. All DVDs must be returned with the DVD Tyvek® sleeve with reference number along with the protective insert provided with each DVD.  Failure to return discs with sleeve and protective insert may result in charges to fix or replace DVD if it is damaged.  Fingerprints on the surface of the disc can cause the disc to freeze or jump. If you notice any fingerprints on the surface take a soft cloth and wipe the surface gently from the center out. DO NOT use any type of solution on the disc. Never keep discs in direct sunlight or heat. Always keep the discs in its rental sleeve when not in use. All Relay Rentals discs are labeled with a TAMPER-PROOF label. If this label is removed or tampered with, the member may be charged for this disc. Ensure your disc is returned in its protective rental sleeve and inside the protective insert before inserting it into the pre-paid return mailer. Members should report damaged discs to Relay Rentals immediately through the "Contact Us" form provided within this web-site and the disc should be returned promptly. When available, a substitute disc will be sent out as a replacement for the damaged disc if member requests for one.

Availability & Title Requests/Recommendations
We stock multiple quantities of titles. Discs are shipped to members in order of priority. If a particular title on your list is currently out or unavailable, Relay Rentals will ship the following disc on the priority list. We ask that all members keep at least 15 titles on their list at all times.  We encourage members to suggest titles we should add to our inventory. 

Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability
The RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site and its contents are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Relay Rentals Web site or its contents. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site, any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content contained on the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site, any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site, or any conduct by users of the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site. We disclaim all representations and warranties, including, for example, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our site is accurate, complete or current.

Member's Information Submitted on Relay Rentals Web-site
Personal information such as Member names, addresses, telephone numbers and credit card information is strictly confidential and secured with Relay Rentals. Relay Rentals Inc. will not give out any personal information to any other parties. All personal information is encrypted and safe.

Member's Conduct on the Relay Rentals Web-site
By accessing the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site, you agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site, the terms of which are incorporated herein. You must be 18 years of age or older, a Canadian Resident with a Canadian Address, and hold a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card to use the Relay Rentals service. Unless otherwise specified, the content on the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use and we grant you a limited license to access the RelayRentals.ca / RelayRentals.com Web site for that purpose. We reserve the right to investigate and/or terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever. Relay Rentals hopes and would like to believe that people are basically good and will be responsible with the property of Relay Rentals. Relay Rentals is not responsible for damaged or misdirected discs via the mail system. Relay Rentals reserves the right to investigate member accounts in which any discs have gone missing or have been damaged. We have the right to charge the manufacturers suggested retail price (MSRP) for any lost or damaged discs if we deem so appropriate, plus applicable tax(es). Relay Rentals reserves the right to terminate a member's use of the Relay Rentals service at any time.

E-mail & Mail Service
Relay Rentals Inc. is not responsible for delayed or misdirected email. It is suggested that any comments or messages be sent to us via our email links provided throughout the Relay Rentals Web-site, or through the "Contact Us" form provided within the Contact Us page. Relay Rentals is not responsible for delayed or misdirected mailings of your rentals through the postal service. Relay Rentals wishes to remind Users of statutory holidays which may cause mail delays with the Canadian postal service, otherwise please allow 2-5 days to receive rentals.
